How to read resistance

We use it for any resistance size even though it is 330 ohm or 10k ohm. 
We used the first color for the first number; a second color is the 2nd number and the third one is the number of zero added to the value. The fourth color is its tolerance. It could be a grey, white, golden and silver color. The fifth color shows the temperature.
